📦 General information on shipping
We are a pure online mail order business - there are no retail store and therefore also No regular pick-up option.
Personal collection is by prior arrangement only possible - please contact us by phone or e-mail at office@gardenshaman.eu.
📬 Shipping methods
We offer different shipping methods depending on the size and type of order:

Seeds & smaller products: Shipping usually takes place by discreet air cushion letter.

Herbs, plants & larger items: Shipping takes place as Package.
Unless otherwise stated, we ship by default with the Austrian Post.
🇦🇹 Shipping within Austria

Letter shipment (uninsured, without tracking number): 2,90 €
→ Optionally available with shipment number/insured for an additional charge -
Parcel shipment (insured, incl. tracking number): 5,90 €

Free of shipping costs: from an order value of 70 €
🌍 International shipping (worldwide)

Letter shipment (uninsured): 5,90 €
→ Optional with consignment number/insured: 9,90 € -
Parcel shipment (without consignment number): 14,90 €
→ Optional with consignment number/insured: 16,90 €
🪴 Shipping of live plants is only possible within Europe.
Please note: Plants are always shipped on Mondaysto avoid long storage times over the weekend.
📦 Shipping time
Your order will be 1-2 working days after receipt of full payment shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. For insured shipping we will send you a Consignment number for tracking to.
🕵️♂️ Discreet shipping
Shipping is always Discreet:
Our shipments contain no logos, no references to the store or the content. Only the sender and recipient addresses are visible on the envelope/parcel.
📸 Transport damage
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If the shipment arrives damaged, please inform us:
