🛒 Ordering and payment methods
order
You can order around the clock in our online store - with or without a customer account. An account offers you advantages such as an order overview and faster checkout, but is not mandatory.
Alternatively, you can also send your order by e-mail to office@gardenshaman.eu send - for example in the event of technical problems in the store.
After submitting your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately.
Processing & shipping
Your order will usually be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after full payment has been received.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail after shipping. If you have a insured shipping with Shipment tracking you will receive an additional e-mail with the tracking number.
If you have placed an order by mistake or have noticed an error, please write to us as soon as possible at office@gardenshaman.eu - we will be happy to take care of it.
Important: Orders will only be dispatched once we have received full payment including shipping costs.
Withdrawal & refund
If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail with your request and your bank details to office@gardenshaman.eu. We will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible - provided that this is legally permissible and all requirements are met.
