Yes, we ship the majority of our products worldwide.
⚠️ Plants we always ship only within the EU. Outside the EU only on request - the Full risk (e.g. customs/delay/damage) shall be borne by the customer.

EU: approx. 5-10 days
Worldwide: depending on location approx. 10-20 days (sometimes longer).

Unfortunately not. There are No collection and no retail store.

🕵️ Do you pass on customer data to third parties?
No. We give none of your data to third parties further. Your data, which you pass on to us when ordering, will only be used for the legally required invoicing

🧾 I would like to make a complaint - what should I do?
Please first by e-mail to office@gardenshaman.eu (Briefly describe the problem + photos if necessary).
Complaints please immediately after receipt report.
📦 What can be taken back?
Only unused, unopened, undamaged Products or plants.
If something is missing/not in its original condition, this can be offset against the purchase price become. Further information by e-mail.
🌱 Seeds
🌱 Is there a germination guarantee?
No, we are of the opinion that a general „germ guarantee“ would be dubious.
The germination of seeds is highly dependent on a variety of conditions that we cannot control (storage, temperature, light, humidity, substrate, water quality, timing). For this reason, it is unfortunately not possible to make any general guarantees for seeds. However, we always endeavor to help with questions, problems, etc. We are also happy to send seeds free of charge in the event of a problem if we are able to identify any problems with germination. It is best to write to us at: office@gardenshaman.eu

🪴 Note after receipt
Plants can be shipped after stressed (transportation, darkness, temperature changes) and need some time to Recreation.
We create a Care instructions with. If anything is unclear: please immediately so that no time is lost.

Changes can only from us please send a short e-mail (preferably as soon as possible) to office@gardenshaman.eu.
